Non-DUII Alcohol & Drug Evaluation - $150.00 for out of custody evaluation, $450.00 for in custody.

ASAM Assessment - $450.00 for evaluation
Must provide Discovery. If in custody, attorney must provide letter granting permission to meet with the client.
Optional Probation Evaluation - $450.00 for in or out of custody evaluation
Must provide Discovery, Arrest History (CCH). If In custody, attorney must also provide letter granting permission to meet with their client.
Violence Intervention Program (Anger Management) - 8-Hours - 4, 2-hour classes
Intake fee - $100.00, paid at the time of intake
Class fee - $50/class, $200.00 total, payment plan available
Violence Intervention Program (Anger Management) - 12-weeks - 12, 2-hour classes
Intake fee - $100.00, paid at the time of intake
Class fee - $50/class, $600.00 total, payment plan available.

Domestic Violence Program (36-Weeks) - $150.00 evaluation fee or $100.00 for registration intake
Class fee - $50/class, $1,800.00 total for 36-week class. Payment plan available.

$50.00 fee if transferring from another county to Marion Co.
In-state transfer fee to another county - $20.00.
There is a $50 "No Show" fee for any appointment missed or not rescheduled within 24-hours of your appointment.
